Todd Young
Founder

With almost 20 years of promotions experience, Todd has worked with hundreds of companies and agencies to bring best-in-class promotions and technology solutions to life.  From his early years as a network administrator at a large advertising agency, Todd recognized how technology would shape the future of marketing communications. He has a passion for utilizing technology to deliver value in the most effective way. Outside of the office he enjoys volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and a variety of animal rescue organizations.

Jennifer Danese
Director, Validation & QA

Jenn’s background in actuarial science may seem like a strange fit for a marketing company, but her eye for detail and data-driven approach has been an invaluable part of Trymark’s success. For over 18 years Jenn has led the post-promotion administration team, as well as overseeing QA/Compliance. Jenn has a passion for mountain climbing, and in 2014 she and her husband ventured to Nepal to tackle some of the largest peaks in the world. They loved it so much they are returning this year!

Billy Franz
President

Over 15 years experience working on Digital programs at large Consumer Package Goods companies such as Mars, Wrigley, and Kraft Foods, Billy operates with a high level of focus on customers and has a strong technology background.  He understands and appreciates the complexities of operating in large organizations and likes to help remove those hurdles whenever possible.  When Billy isn't working he can be found coaching or participating in sporting activities with his two children.

Michele Diaz
Senior Administrator

With an already extensive background in the advertising industry, Michele joined Trymark in 2000 as a promotions administrator. She immediately demonstrated an ability to grasp complex legal issues and apply innovative solutions, and within a few years Michele was quarterbacking the entire administration team. Her depth of knowledge on promotions law is extensive, as is her experience – by last count Michele had administered over 3,000 promotional programs! Michele is also a talented photographer, competing in and winning several amateur photography competitions.
